MEET OUR FOUNDER
Inna Zozulyak MS, SPHR© 
Inna is a Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development expert with more than a decade of experience. Prior to Level Up Talent, Inna held various Human Resources and Recruiting positions with growing companies in the technology and life sciences industries.
Inna is passionate about small and mid-size business growth because she has been there with her corporate experience. She understands how difficult it is to find, recruit and retain quality talent, with limited resources and tight hiring budgets.
In addition to managing Level Up Talent Consulting, Inna is a retained advisor at the #1 small business incubator/accelerator in San Diego, the University of San Diego SBDC for Innovation (aka “The Brink”).
